  • You’ll get a welcome email from me within 1-2 business days with more information on the process and investment and a few discovery questions for you to answer. How exciting!

  • In order to send you a custom proposal I need to learn more about you as a business owner, your journey, what inspired you to start and keep going, and what you love about what you do. In my welcome email I’ll ask you some discovery questions about you & your business, project goals, what problem(s) caused you to reach out and what project success looks like for you.

    You’ll also be provided with possible starting dates and what booking looks like if you’re ready to move forward!

  • I suggest reaching out as soon as possible! The sooner you inquire, the sooner I can get you on the calendar. Most clients start their journey within 1–3 weeks. Fill out the contact form and you’ll get a welcome email which also includes my current availability.

  • Projects will typically range from 2 weeks to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your project.

    If you have a specific timeline or deadline you need to meet, please let me know so I can plan accordingly.

  • Each and every single project I work on is different, and that’s why I don’t have one-size-fits-all pricing. In my welcome email I’ll ask you some discovery questions about your goals, exact needs and budget and put together a completely custom proposal that will actually work for you AND make serious waves in the growth of your business.

    Your investment will depend greatly on your goals, the deliverables, and the scope of the project. Most clients end up somewhere in the €1–6k range. You find the starting rates for my services here.

    Is it worth the investment? That's a great question too! An intentional brand identity is an investment in the future growth you're dreaming about for your business.

  • Of course! Branding is an investment in your business, self, and livelihood that I take seriously. Because of this, I’m happy to offer several payment plan options. Financial worry shouldn't be the reason you can’t invest in your business.

    While you are welcome to pay upfront in full, only a 25% deposit and signed contract is requested in order to secure a spot for your project in my calendar. 

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer (SEPA, if you are in any European countries) or via Wise. There is also an option for PayPal payment with additional 5% fees.

    If you’re looking for a different method, please let me know.

  • At this time, I am only taking on 3 custom branding clients per month to ensure that each of my clients are getting the attention they deserve.

  • Typically I work with female-led established businesses who are ready to elevate and scale and startups who are serious about laying a solid foundation for long-term success.

    I am blessed to serve a variety of service based and product based businesses, including photographers, florists, coaches, clothing boutiques, cafés, beauty brands, food and beverages brands and more.

  • Yes, that’s one of the reasons why I love what I do so much. I am based in Germany, but most of my clients are from the US and Europe, so I am used to working between different time zones.

  • You can view all the details about my services here. Selected discovery questions within the welcome email ensure you are getting the right bespoke package for your business needs. This will all be reflected in your custom proposal and quote.

  • Of course! I offer 3 packages as an example of what could be included in your brand identity but you’ll always get a customized package tailored to your needs after answering the welcome email discovery questions.

  • Absolutely! I LOVE creating brand items, from social media graphics, packaging, print designs, etc. Simply put together a full list of your “design wants” so I can implement them in your bespoke proposal. The sky is the limit!

  • I personally prefer to work with you from the ground up, but I understand budget & timelines can be tricky. If you are wanting a slight tweak in your already existing logo or changes in your color palette we can work on an hourly rate. Please get in touch here.

  • Additional graphic design services are usually only available as add-ons to my strategy and branding services or to previous clients.

    I recommend a redesign of your brand so that we can build your brand from the ground up to make sure that all elements come together harmoniously.

  • When you hire a designer, you expect professionalism and trust them to do their best work, tailored to your brand. With the One Concept Approach, I can put all my energy into this concept. Of course, I test other approaches in advance. However, the one I present to you is certainly the one that best suits you, your brand and your target audience – promised! I feel confident with this method and have had very good experiences with it.

    To be on the safe side, our project always includes 2 free rounds of refinements (If needed). If we require further refinements, they would take place on an hourly basis.

    I will work with you on your project until you are 100% satisfied with the result!
